Career Scores is a public library of career development assessments drawn from peer-reviewed research. The instruments here have been validated in studies across 13 countries and are reproduced from the original publications.

The site is maintained by CareerVillage.org, a nonprofit building career guidance tools, and requires no login. Each assessment page links to the source research and the validated item set.

Five instruments are currently available, covering career adaptability, career engagement, career maturity, career resources, and job-search quality. Anyone can take an assessment to see a score. The instruments are also available for direct use by workforce development programs, higher education institutions, and researchers.
